Our two tier fingertip veil is finished in the cleanest way possible with cut edge. The top tier is 28" long working as a blusher that you can wear in front of your face to be lifted, or have draped behind your head for extra drama. Made in Italian tulle which is a little softer than the traditional tulle, this seamlessly light fabric drapes beautifully for an ethereal look.
